Grading Requirements

 

10 Kup beginners
 
Line up approx 8-10 at a time.
 Identify yourself by assuming attention stance,
raise your right hand and say out loud
"Full Name 10th Kup Sir" (or Maam).
 
Sit. St. Fr. Punch - Count 10 Sitting Stance. Feet facing forwards.
Knees bent. Bend knees on punch.
Punch to the center of the body.
Count loud.
 
W/St Front Rising Kick -Count 10 Keep leg straight, try to point the toes behind you.
Keep head up, and block hard.
 
10 P.U.s Face to the front, bend arms, and count loud.
Keep the back straight, and arms parallel to the shoulders.
Adult men to do this on the knuckles of the middle and forefingers.
 
Sajo Jirugi Punch to the center of the body.
Good walking stance and hard low blocks.
 
Sajo Makgi Low knife hand to cover just to the side of the groin.
Middle block, fist level with shoulder, keep your head up.
 
Walk St. Middle Punch Full facing.
 
Walk. St. Low Block Half facing
 
Walk. St. Middle Block, Reverse Punch Half facing, then full facing.
