Reverse side kick is executed from bending ready stance A (Half facing the front, as in Won Hyo), Back piercing kick starts from bending ready stance B (looking over shoulder, as in Choong Mo) |

They are both to the centreline of the body, parallel to the floor, and parallel to the body but not touching. |
