What is the difference between Reverse Side Kick and Back Piercing Kick?

Reverse side kick is executed from bending ready stance A (Half facing the front, as in Won Hyo), Back piercing kick starts from bending ready stance B (looking over shoulder, as in Choong Mo)

Where does the back hand go in a knifehand and forearm guarding block?

They are both to the centreline of the body, parallel to the floor, and parallel to the body but not touching.

In Gae Beck, after the high reverse fingertip thrust, what do the hands do during the side kick?

The left hand moves forward beside the right hand as you prepare for the kick, and they both pull back as you extend the kick.

In Kodang – the second hooking kick at the end, do you leave the hands in the position from the previous move – (crosscut fingertips)?

No, bring them in to a guard.

High section is to the front but if you can't perform high section, perform middle section at 45'

No, they are just close.

The reaction hand is straight in front.

Slow motion.

It's for a downward kick. At the very top of the kick there is no power, and is easy to stop.

Yes. And in forearm W shaped block the forearms are level with the temple.
